Shipping Policy
Best efforts will be made to post orders within 3 business days of order received.

Our parcels are all posted in appropriate sized Australia Post satchels.
Standard charge will be $15.00 (regardless of weight)
Orders over $200 posted free of charge.

Delivery to you depends on Australia Post guidelines and according to your location.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items are classed as "Specials' and are at reduced retail costs so no refunds will be accepted unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
​
If an item is found to be faulty please contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss the issue. An exchange can be organised on faulty goods with the cost of postage paid by us.
​
Please not 'change of mind' is not accepted.
